Did a 5K swim - loved the water!!! So clear. And the path leading to the lake is lined with blueberry bushes - called Blueberry Lane.

GREAT family park for family fun, fishing, hiking and for a cookout. Plus a splash pad was just added for more family fun...

We loved dining outside and sipping some tasty wines. The staff is excellent and friendly. Food is very good. Leave room for desert as the fudge brownie sundae and orange dreamsickle are out of this world! And they are home made.

Newfound Lake Vineyards is at the top of a steep driveway to the side of the owners' home directly on the main road. The winery building reminds me of Italy! Tastefully done building with large bar. Some grapes used in the wine are grown on the property. Great stop while circling lovely Newfound Lake. Free tasting of 4 or 5 of their wines. Edelweiss is a dry white made from their own grapes - it was excellent!!!! Cranberry wine available using grapes from a specific cranberry bog in Mass. Blueberry wine made from local fruit is also available. I also enjoyed the Cabernet and left with a bottle of Edelweiss and a bottle of their Wicked Good Red which is a blend of Cabernet and Merlot (not on the tasting bar this day so I can't wait to try it). Paid $15 for one bottle and $18 for another. Woman doing the tastings was very informed about the wines.

WORTH THE DRIVE!! We actually drive 35 minutes every weekend just to get their unbelievable egg sandwiches! Don't let the size scare you...the biscuits are homemade and from a skillet, so top is crusty and the inside is fluffy and light...they use a tomato relish, generous bacon and the cheese melts all around it...then they pack it in a tight tinfoil package...oh my gosh, you will "ooh and ahh" once you bite into it! They make homemade muffins and Anadama bread, have a lovely gift shop and the view is incredible...sloping lawn all the way down to beautiful Newfound lake shore.

We have gone to visit the store in town of Bristol and the farm several times. This is why you visit New England to experience the sights, sounds and taste of the area. A fun adventure to find the farm and see the cider being made. Still requested by our teens.

I love this store and so did my 4 grandchildren! The especially loved The Famous Diane the Turtle! There is something for everyone here and great prices too. The owners are so accommodating and personable! We will make it an annual stop when we vacation up that way.

The Mill has a wide range of musicians on their Saturday nights, Fridays are open mike. So check out the list, and choose. You are sure to come up with one that interests you, well not the hard core type of place. But many interesting and different options. Its a very small town, so its fun to have this around. Their website is very good. No construction anymore in case you were here last summer. Yeah. Now it just sit back and enjoy. Food is great as is the service.

We rented two pontoon boats -- a 25 hp and a 60 hp. Both vessels were ready to go when we arrived. Zoe, the person who set us up for the day, was helpful and very kind. All in all, it was an A++++++ Day!! Thank you, West Shore Marine.
