When you walk past the palm trees that line the entrance into the Margaritaville Biloxi Casino and Restaurant you will know instantly that this place is different. There’s an energy in the air – a sense of something fun. Maybe it’s the excitement of the players around you, the enthusiasm of the smiling casino staff, or the beauty of the giant 30 foot windows letting the natural beauty and sunshine of South Mississippi in. One thing is for sure – this is not the typical windowless, dark casino. This place was built to be fun – our slots let you play longer, the table game rules give you as much of an edge as anywhere on the coast, and our game selection blends the old and the new to give you a variety that will meet everyone’s needs.

The Redding House is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is the only surviving downtown Biloxi mansion. The home features a mixture of design elements including Corinthian columns of cypress wood, Palladian-arched windows with outside dormers, and sweeping curved porches. The multiple fireplaces, pocket doors, and grand entrance staircase are adorned with ornate mahogany and cypress millwork. The grand two-story central hall entryway was designed to enhance the cooling and heating of the house. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allow cross-ventilation of the public rooms. The exterior of the house has always been white, yet the interior features bold rose-colored plaster walls. The walls are complemented by the matching tapestry adorning the Eastlake designer furnishings. The crystal chandeliers, stained glass windows and hand-painted mural ceilings that were all lovingly resorted, remain today as evidence to the opulence of the home.Space provided for up to 100 seated guests and 200 reception guestsHand carved Rosewood chairs and tables throughout the home’s interior roomsBuilt-in Mahogany bars located on each floor of the venue Fully equipped kitchen

"Stopped here to get the lay of the land in Biloxi and got a big surprise. While this place has all the ingredients of a typical visitors center, it has waaay more because it also has a museum feature that gives you a broad introduction to Biloxi, its history, and its heroes. It also has a theater wi..."th a very good movie. But the current highlight is an exhibit of amazing sculptures carved from the remains of Katrina ravaged trees. Many more of these exist in the esplanade down the beachfront area of Highway 90. Go here, You will be happy.

"THE BUFFET WAS PITIFUL! The restaurant itself was good and alot of fun, but a bit overpriced. The casino did have the BEST frozen margaritas I've ever had."
"Beauvoir is a terrific attraction that was the only antebellum home to survive Katrina. While taking water damage they have done a great restoration job. The tour is packed with amazing historical info about Jefferson Davis and Beauvoir itself. Virtually all of the furniture and interior is original...". A newly constructed museum and gift shop lies behind the home and will house a Presidential library. Walk back to the cemetery in the back and see the graves of Civil War vets and their families who were housed in Beauvoir after the war. Some of the information and history will surprise you.
