There is the railroad bridge, which takes the dinner train (in summer) from Buzzards Bay to Hyannis, and the Bo..."urne & Sagamore Bridges that take you to Cape Cod. Wales have been known to go through the canal, but rarely seen because they travel underwater; but, we've seen seals a lot and once a large turtle. Boats & barges travel through every day. It's a 7 mile bicycle ride if you deceide to ride the bike trail~runs along the canal so you don't miss a thing. Camping (tents & motor homes) is available under the Bourne Bridge. Lots of antique shops in town, & many good places to eat. Lindseys is most everyone's favorite. I think I've hit on most to do. So much goes on there. Something for everyone. Even the grandkids like it. (& the go-carts & water park in Wareham. just a mile away) " More >
