New Orleans Fishing and Charter Guide Service specializing in redfish, speckled trout, and bass. Join Capt. E.J. Plaisance and his professional fishing guides on a fishing trip you won't forget. Located just 35 minutes from the New Orleans French Quarter in Lafitte, LA. While on your fishing trip, you will enjoy seeing alligators, bald eagles, blue and white herons, pelicans, ducks, nutria, and raccoons while having a great time catching your share of fish in our beautiful Louisiana marsh. Whether you are on vacation, in town for a convention, Sugar Bowl, Saints, Hornets, or Casinos, fishing New Orleans Style needs to be added to your agenda. Capt. E.J. has been fishing the bayous, marshes and swamps of Barataria for over 30 years. The Barataria Estuary begins roughly 20 miles south from the New Orleans French Quarter. Our guides are knowledgeable, friendly, USCG licensed, and trained in first aid. Our bay boats are in top condition and equipped with VHF radios and cellular phones, and navigational devices.
