Toyota's first wholly owned manufacturing facility in the United States. Since 1988, Toyota's Kentucky team has been building quality vehicles in the Bluegrass state. Today, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. is the largest Toyota plant outside of Japan. Each year in Georgetown, more than 7,000 team members build about 500,000 vehicles and engines. That's about 2,000 vehicles every day! Come watch us make our Toyota vehicles from Stamping to Final Inspection. TMMK plant tours consist of a video, a visit to Stamping, Body Weld, Plastics and Assembly sections aboard a tram, and an opportunity to ask questions. Tour times: Monday through Friday, 10 am, 12 and 2 p.m. Reservations strongly encouraged! Child must be at least in the 1st grade.

"If you are any kind of fan of horse racing, a visit to this farm is a must see. You get a nice comfortable walking tour and visit some of the racetracks biggest stars, some that never reached that level and some that are just fun to feed a carrot too. The staff could not have been more friendly an..."d welcoming and were able to answer pretty much whatever we asked. There is no fee...but donations are appreciated and well used. There is a great gift shop also.

"everyone who cares for horses should visit this place. the man who started this farm as a retirement home for discarded race horses has secured his place in heaven. its a wonderful place with kind and caring people. after seeing how the champions live in luxury at the famous stud farms, to come he..."re and see these horses being loved and cared for is to see the other side of the coin. tours are free,,,yes,,,even tho they need all the help they can get to care for the horses, people can visit for free. its a beautiful place with kind people, and great old horses.everyone should take a few hours to do the tour and enjoy the place. its quiet and relaxing and you get to feed carrots to the horses while hearing about their history. if you love animals, go visit this place.

"My 13 year old niece and I went for a trail ride on Sunday at Whispering Woods. We were looking for some place to go riding in the Lexington area, and here you get twice as long a ride as at the horse park for the same price. The guides were personable and funny, and very good with my somewhat opi..."nionated niece. :) The only negative was that the trails really were very muddy, so that made the ride a little challenging at times.
