Take the Salmon River Challenge - SRC is a family owned and operated business located on the banks of Idaho'’s famous Salmon River in the small community of Riggins. We have perfected the most unique whitewater rafting trips in Idaho. SRC has a long history of integrity and complete customer satisfaction. In addition to our summer whitewater trips, we feature fall and spring steelhead, and small-mouthed bass fishing by drift boat. We also feature some of the finest upland bird hunting in the northwest!

Wapiti River Guides has been in business for over 30 years. Specializing in smaller groups and offbeat river trips.The owner is a Wildlife Biologist turned river guide. Thirty years ago after realizing that being on the water and sharing his love of the river was a passion for him,Wapiti River Guides was established in 1979, though Gary had already been guiding for Martin Litton rowing Dories for 5 years before he started Wapiti.In the over 30 years in business our company has never changed hands and is still owned & run by Gary and his wife Barb. Gary is the lead guide on all our trips.We offer trips ranging from 1/2 day trips to 5 days or more on the Salmon River,the Grande Ronde River, and the Owyhee River.
