At the age of 4 we packed up our things and headed south to warmer weather. The majority of my years growing up were spent in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida where I was exposed to many different styles of fishing (offshore, fly fishing, backwater, sight fishing). Fishing these fertile waters, I was taught the importance of conservation and how fragile our water Eco systems are. Several years past and my family and I moved once again to Naples, Florida. What I like to call "fishing heaven". It's here, in southwest Florida, where I started to guide full time. I have been blessed, for over 9 years I've been doing just exactly what I love t o do! Even on the few days I am not guiding clients you can still find me on the water fishing, learning, and searching for new ways to catch the local game fish. I strive to be one of the hardest working guides on the water and to make every trip an adventure. My great sense of humor, patience and easy going attitude will ensure you a great day fishing. Look forward to meeting you " TIGHT LINES " !!! « less

New for 2014: Discover the wonders of South America featuring a Giant anteater, Patagonian cavies, Cotton-top tamarins, and more. Get wildly close to the cheetahs at viewing windows. Hand-feed the herd of giraffe plus enjoy your favorite animals like lions, tigers, and bears. Naples Zoo is one of only four zoos in the nation to feature YouTube-favorites: African honey badgers. Plus discover rarely seen species including Malagasy fosas and 2 of less than 20 striped hyenas in the nation. Ask those questions you've always wondered about at the Meet the Keeper Series. Be fascinated by rare creatures during premier wildlife shows. Cruise through islands of monkeys, lemurs, and apes. Watch our professional staff hand-feed American alligators while dispelling popular myths. Snap great photos and learn the facts behind the fiction at a venomous snake talk. It's wild fun from apes to zebras. Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a nonprofit organization cooperating in conservation programs both in and outside the wild for endangered species. The zoo is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the organization that sets the highest standards for wildlife care, education, and conservation. The garden also holds accreditation by The Morton Register of Arboreta and is a member of the American Public Gardens Association. « less

Set in Naples' restored Seaboard Air Line Railway passenger station, the Naples Depot Museum welcomes visitors back to the railroading boom days of the Roaring Twenties and explains how generations of Southwest Floridians used technology and transportation to conquer a vast and seemingly impenetrable frontier.Seminole dugout canoes, a mule wagon, antique swamp buggy, restored rail cars and exciting interactive exhibits tell the story of how trade and travel transformed Naples from a napping village of 300 souls into today's glittering Gulf coast resort. The Naples Depot Museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is conveniently located in downtown Naples. « less
