"Great tour on 5-4-13. This was my second experience on a zipline and this one certainly was thrilling. 8 zips which were great although the 2nd one could have been longer once you get the hang using your hand to brake the trolley. The guides were pretty good but seemed to lack a knowledge of the bea..."utiful surroundings and setting. The repelling was a nice change of pace. The rope bridges are more challenging then one would have thought....if you have a fear of heights it's not the zipline that will get you it's the rope bridges. I enjoyed them very much. So what could be better....first off the staff where you check in could have been more friendly and accommodating. It's a 3.5 hour tour without a bathroom break? Really come on guys...that's ridiculous. Overall it's the best zipline in Southern California...I will definitely be back...I hope they tweak the customer experience just a bit...

"A great price for the amount of fun. For a first time zipliner, it was a great experience. Great customer service from all staff members and guides. Highly recommend for a family day of fun."
"I went on Mother's Day with my 14 year old son, figuring it was the only way I could get him to face his fear and go with me (after the first practice zip, his fear was gone and he loved everything about the tour!!) :-) We did the 3 hour Canopy Tour which has 8 zips, 3 bridges and 2 rapels. We had..." a small group of 6 people (a group of 4, my son & I) which was nice since there was less waiting around between zips.
At tour time, we were brought into a small room where our gear was already set up on the floor waiting for us to step into and wait our turn for our guides to hook us up. Once we were ready, we hopped into a van for a 10 minute ride to the zipline site.
The zips start off really easy and short and gradually increase in length and speed. By the time you get to the longest and fastest ones, you wish there were more, that's how much fun they are! The last zip is a side-by-side race and is a lot of fun as well. Of course my son wasn't too thrilled that I beat him ;-)
