If you wish to park outside the park and walk in, then the fees are $2 per person (but I am not sure where outside the park you would park a car and walk from since it is on a two-lane winding road.) The view of the bay and bay bridge is amazing from the park. The area that we reserved was the bay side picnic area which is furthest from the parking area, but right along the waterfront by the fishing pier.   "Went for a few hour trip there from Tiburon, packed rented bikes, and biked around the park. Beautiful views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. You won't regret it. "
