Garbeau's is under the new ownership of a 26 year old entrepreneur who has been covered in the Sac Bee, Comstock's Business, and The Wall Street Journal. Redefined as an entertainment venue, the 25 year old dinner theatre keeps its standard model Friday through Sunday, but has expanded to be a comedy club on Tuesdays (Laughs Unlimited--also 25 years old--books the comedy), restaurant with a live pianist on Wednesdays, and a French Quarter Night of live Blues and authentic Creole food (Chef Charles Brown is a New Orleans native) on Thursdays.
