"This is a must see .... My husband and I spent about 2 1/2 hrs on a tour with this amazing you woman she had perfect english and that was great for us.
It starts off with a very warm welcome and you have a chance to go right into the butterfly garden while you wait for your tour. This is a wonde..."rful time to take photos and look at the butterfly's feeding.
We were very lucky as we were the only two on the tour so we got a chance to ask questions and spend time with the guide she was amazing you can also buy some pretty things in their little store.
If you want to learn about butterfly's this is the place to visit they also ship these amazing babies all over the world.
Thank you Butterfly Garden for giving me a whole different out look I will never look at butterfly's the same way.
All the best your Canadian friends Petra & Albert den Otter From Sherwood Park Alberta Canada ....

"We visited on a package tour one day and just did not get enough. We learned a lot. We wanted to just sit with the butterflies, so took a taxi back the next day. It felt like friends. A lovely spot and a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. It changed my life! I have ordered books to attract butterf..."lies to my home garden. I can't say enough good about the Butterfly Farm!

"I had visited the butterfly farm a few years ago while volunteering in Alajuela, and I definitely wanted to go back this most recent trip in Costa Rica. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and the grounds are very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area!"
