Go there on weekdays when they are few divers in the bay. The diving spots and boats can be awfully crowded over the week-end...". Maracaibo will take you even if you are the only diver on that day - that's what happened with me. Don't listen to the agencies in town that might tell you there is a minimum of 2 divers, that's the case with other diving school but not with Maracaibo.
