"The trail was just part of the overall experience that Mount Vernon offers. From George Washington's house (and outbuildings), to the farm, to the museum and interactive exhibits - this was a great experience. Steeped in history, interpreted by knowledgeable guides, it was a visual feast into the li..."fe our one of our nation's greatest men (and many of those who helped make him so).

"I recently spent a few hours wondering around the National Cemetery in Arlington and watched the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The clicking of the heels of the guards, the precesion of the movements and the pride of the guards was quite apparent. Visiting the graves of ..."President Kennedy, and the other Kennedys Joe and Ted were a little bit of a surprise. Walking around and viewing the Generals, Admirals, and senior staff that have fought, died and given their lives to service for this great country is a sobering experience.

"War and then Peace!
The hills covered by white tombstone are impressive.
The only thing not good is the precence of some huge stones (for the people who paid for). At the death all soldiers gave the life for the nation without any difference in census."
