"We came to he cameron highlands with the soul aim of having a cup of tea on the terrace overlooking the plantation! The view, and the tea did not disappoint!! The views are unforgettable, we really enjoyed exploring the site and then spending a couple of hours in the cafe enjoying tea&cake! A must!!"
"The height of Gunung Brinchang is easy to remember, its 6666 feet.
The iron observation tower was rusty but still solid and safe.
Cameron Highlands was over exploited for tourism money, given very little consideration for sensible planning and conservation. Gunung Brinchang is one of the very ..."few places you can see the original nature of Cameron Highlands, minus the radio and signal station.
We were luck to be there on a clear day, enjoyed the cool breeze and nice mountains.
Tips: if you set off to Gunung Brinchang, on the way back you will visit Mossy Forest, than to the Boh Tea Plantation, for the first 2 hours plus there will be no toilet, so not to consume too much water before setting off.
