The theatre is but just one part of the park, as there is the Promontory Palace of Herod the great, the "Pilate Stone" (or at least a replica of it in situ) and several pillars with ..."inscriptions on them. What we can see is only a fraction of what has yet to be uncovered. The view of the palace and its swimming pool along with the recently uncovered mosaics is outstanding.
