We stopped once for a short break, and some drinks available for purchase, and some swimming. Good for those doing first time rafting, like us. Very nice rainforest views all along the river.   "dragged my wife along for the bike ride and she enjoyed it. Picked up in the morning and a 2 hour drive to the start and stopped at coffee making spot on the way which was good. Had fried bananas before we started and then jumped on our bikes. Bikes could do with an upgrade but were OK. Mostly downh..."ill and you go through villages and the countryside.
