"Head to the West Gate for a quick entrance. Check with several people the opening times as we were told 6am, 6.30am and in fact it had opened at 5.30am. I think it's always at sunrise."
"We took the audio guide around which was really enjoyable listening to all of the history accompanied by music and historical accounts of the time. Seeing the Taj through the Fort's courtyard windows along the river was stunning. Definitely worth a visit for a few hours."

The symmetry within the structure and its surroundings as well as it's support system,was built to endure lifetimes. I could go on, but you really have to see it to understand. It can get very crowded, so patience is required, the gardens were somewhat under construction as they are moving the trees around so as not to block the view of the main structure which is the Taj Mahal. As all great wonders go it is a once in a lifetime must see. You are not allowed to take pictures inside the mausoleum, and there are no elevators. Stairs are few. You will be given covers for your shoes before entering as it is a mosque and ordinarily you would remove your shoes. It is not open on...
