He was waiting with his red van, and took us to see the sights of the Crimea War and then to the Balaclava submarine base. We spent ages there, whilst the cruise tours were 'in and out'....not seeing nearly as much as we did. The following day we had a tour of castles, and a very interesting lunch with an introduction to Ukrainian wine! We are a group of six (4 adults and two kids, ages 9 and 12) who only had one day to see Yalta, Sevastapol and Balakava (we arrived into Yalta on a cruise.)
