The Sun International Marang Casino situated in Francistown, Botswana is 10km from the Francistown International Airport. There are good directional sign-posts from the CBD leading you directly to the casino which is located on the banks of the Tati River amidst a tranquil and picturesque garden setting.The Marang Hotel has accommodation for both campers and those who prefer more comfortable accommodation. The hotel has 58 rooms and the Campsite can accommodate a maximum of 100 campers. There is an a la carte/ buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is also a pool bar which is a great meeting place for after-work drinks. The hotel also has conference facilities providing for a maximum of 70 delegates.The Marang Casino is the hub of this growing bustling city. The casino has 50 slots and all machines operate on a cashless basis. Slots are mainly comprised of Universal reel slots, IGT video poker and reel slots, Bally reel slots and Aristocrat reel videos. Denominations range from 50t to P5-00 and with a multi-denomination and multi-coin selection. The biggest jackpot is also the Mystery Jackpot, players can often win cash and a motorcar if they hit the jackpot The casino has a popular bar that services players. While visiting Gaborone make sure to stop by the Green Shop for a unique shopping experience as it is housed in a traditional hut, a rare sight to see within the bustling city of Gaborone. The shop is located in the Eco-Park of Somarelang Tikologo (Environment Watch Botswana) which is an NGO dedicated to creating awareness about environmental planning, resource conservation and waste management through community projects and demonstrations. All merchandise sold in the Green Shop is made from recycled or natural products crafted from local women and out of school youth groups and range from skin care products and accessories to home furnishings.
