The Museum of the Factory shows the history of a textile factory founded by Izrael Poznański in mid 19th century. In the times of its past glory the factory produced million of metres of cotton material. The exhibition shows how the factory developed in time, what was the material production technique and also how did the day of ordinary factory workers looked like. You will also find photographs, documents, films, architectural plans, samples of materials and final products there. The museum offers an unique possibility to learn how the looms operated and you will listen to the stories of the retired factory workers.
