Completed in 1870, this delightful Victorian Gothic landmark was completely restored in 2005. It is the only convict-built capital city town hall in Australia, and a fragment of the original convict roll is on permanent display in the foyer with other City of Perth memorabilia. Generally open 11:00AM-1:00PM weekdays, but phone 08 9229 2965 first because it is sometimes closed for private functions. Free historic tour every Thursday at 2:00PM.
