(08.30-10.30 Hatha, 16.00-18.00 Sun Salutations and Hatha, 18.15-19.30 Lecture).We also offer monthly Workshops and Retreats as well as various Teacher Training Courses.

Jansom Bay is a beautiful white sand beach. One of the best on the island of Koh Tao. The beach is only 10 minutes walk from Mae Haad, the main port town, on the south-west side of Koh Tao. It's good for kids because there is no currents and the water is clear and quite shallow. It's a privately owned beach so a small entrance fee will be charged.
