She doesn't speak any English, and it was tough at times to understand because Silvano was hosting lunches and wine tastings throu..."ghout the day (the translator was sick) - but the experience was totally worth it. We arrived at 9:30am - the cooking class itself lasts about 5 hours - we made tiramisu, gnocchi, tagliatelle, focaccia bread and peppers - and then got to eat the meal on their beautiful veranda overlooking all of the region. We didn't leave until 4:30pm but it was an amazing experience and one we'll never forget. Neither of us really ever cook, but it was worth it. " More >
