Stile Mediterraneo Cooking and Wine School is run by the two sisters Cinzia and Marika, who speak fluent English and French. They offer Italian cooking classes, food and wine tours in Lecce, Puglia, Italy. Cookery classes and tours are hands on and for small groups (6-8 people max). They include visits to markets and very select wineries, cheese artisans and olive oil producers.
