  "We did a market tour with Julie today. Although it was her second tour today it was like she was a seasoned professional. We had a wonderful tasting experience that started with wonderful fresh seafood and wine. We had freshly shucked oysters, prawn (shrimp), ocean snails (!) and octopus. Then..." we tried various types of foie gras which was amazing. We had various types of locally produced cured ham, chorizo and French small goods as well as local cheeses and quince. This was washed down with beautiful matching local red and white wine. We finished off with coffee and Basque cake. Julie did a great job of organising everything a making sure it went smoothly.   "The market tour was excellent! We were met by the lovely Julie at the front of the market then taken to various vendors to sample their goodies. Beginning with some wonderful fresh seafood and wine, we then went on to sample delicious foie gras, hams, cheeses and more wine. Julie was wonderful an..."d admitted to being a little bit nervous as we were her first solo tour. She needn't have been as we really enjoyed everything. Just the perfect amount of food and information on the producers and the produce. So well done Julie! Finishing off with the basque cake and coffee was a perfect end to a really enjoyable experience.   "A really great museum although fairly expensive. I was really impressed at the amount they've managed to put in place there, some of the pools are incredible. Catered (unsurprisingly) for french linguists since most of the writing of the displays is only in french."
