Gloucester Waterways Museum is housed in a fine Victorian warehouse at the heart of Gloucester Docks. The Museum tells the story of our wonderful canals and rivers. You can climb aboard historic boats, enjoy hands-on fun, watch archive films and browse galleries rich in canal heritage and stories. Regular canal boat trips depart from the Museum during the summer months and in the run up to Christmas children can join a special Santa Cruise where they can meet the man himself. A great family day out, whatever the weather
