  "Yoho boasts some really interesting mountainscapes, and there is a lot to do in the park, whether you have a week, a few days, or just a few hours. From the highway, you can visit the spiral tunnels museum, then head into the quaint town of field for some lunch (or a freshly ground and brewed coffee..."). If you are staying the night, you can visit kicking horse campground (which has showers and flush toilets). There are also Hoodo creek and Monarch campgrounds, or you can adventure for some quasi-back country camping at Takakkaw campground near the incredible Takakkaw falls. We didn't spend much time in Yoho, but the time we had there was unforgettable. Next time, I think we are going to try some real back country camping - perhaps to the glacier from Takakkaw. " More >

  "Lake O'hara is a beautiful place, probably the most magnificent in Banff/Lake Louise area. I am glad that Parks Canada maintains access restriction to preserve its integrity."

  "While staying at emerald Lake Lodge, we stopped to check this out and were not disappointed! The color of the water is an amazing green/teal/blue and the rocks form a bridge over the water. You could hike a bit there or it would be a nice place to have a picnic."
