When one staffer saw us in line for a course, she recommended another one that was immediately available to climb - and she was on her lunch break! Another staff member, Kevin (apparently known as 'Nixon'), went above and beyond when accommodating our family. He and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our family was able to experience every course we were interested in, though we were approaching the end of our allotted climbing time. After the initial orientation (3 feet off the ground) you start on a beginner course. As your skills progress, you can move on to longer or more challenging courses. Finishing off with the "Big Zip" is very exciting! After the allotted three hours, I was wiped out but my son was disappointed to have to stop.
