CLAY VILLA PLANTATION HOUSE & GARDENS was established in 1763. It was an overseers' house and originally part of Stone Fort Estate. Clay Villa Plantation is a ten acre property(still aworking plantation ), a unique Kittitian family home whose trustees are descendants of the original (Carib) Indians.
