Créateur du Jardin de Balata à la Martinique, Jean-Philippe Thoze, aujourd'hui, poursuit son travail de coloriste de la nature dans un autre "théâtre" végétal, aménagé à l'Anse Latouche. Il a misé sur les masses colorées, jouant avec les différents plans, utilisant en toile de fond des nappes de végétaux. Cette étonnante composition végétale est devenue picturale, d'une beauté saisissante, d'un exotisme puissant dont les tonalités tranchent sur le bleu du ciel tropical.
