- David RLondon, UK356 contributionsVery child and senior friendly place. Definitely a good place to visit on a rainy day, so keep that in mind. It isn't sunny every day here. I have visited many caves but this one with its concrete path was safer than most, despite all the safety warnings. come with swimming gear like we did and be pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the water down in this picturesque well-lit cavern. There are bats (they squeak and flitter around occasionally) in this cave with its stalactites and stalagmites. The roof looks stable and actively dripping with lime water. The swimming was refreshing but not too cold. The water was saline but mildly so. Back outside, the parking was easy and the souvenir shops good with plenty of colourful and topical tshirts and sweet snacks and drinks and street food stalls. One not so good aspect was the potholed access road, but for my pickup truck with all terrain tyres it was ok.Written June 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lorrainechuaManila, Philippines73 contributionsMost of the day was low tide so we had to walk far before we were able to swim. But the beach was nice and clean. There was a lot of sea urchin and starfish tho so watch out.Written March 14, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Roger33 contributionsI couldn’t have asked for a better professor than Cuco for my PADI 5-day Open Water + Advanced courses. Charming, knowledgable (over 10,000 dives), fluent in English & Spanish, passionate about marine flora and overall a funny and easy-going person. If that wasn’t enough he has the most competitive priced of all the island. He provided me with all the equipment and was able to go on different sites during my courses. I would highly recommend this diving shop either if you are doing diving for the first time, want to get PADI certified or wanna do some advanced diving (highly recommend night dive and ship wreck with him)Written October 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
