We went to Tabyana beach as part of our cruise excursion. We first hit Gumbalimba and then went to the beach. We arrived around 12:00 to a very crowded beach. The lunch was OK, nothing special but was all you could eat (hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, beans and rice and fruit.) There are a lot of beach chairs at the... More

We went to this beach as part of an excursion from our cruise ship. Had a great time. Sand is great, water a little dirty and sea weedy but not bad. The lunch they put on was amazing, some of the best BBQ chicken ever and there is even a little shop with a few things. Did get a hand... More

The food was great and that was about all! After being in port for about 20 minutes and seeing the prices there, we decided to head over to Tabyana Beach. Well, that was a big mistake! First of all, it cost us $80 US to get there and back. Then, the taxi driver insisted we buy a package at a... More

Really clean warm turquoise waters and white sands. just a few steps in and you can find lots of fish, starfish, seahorses...snorkeling paradise. Very safe area, friendly people.

A stop at this beach was part of an excursion purchased through Norwegian Cruise Line. As soon as we got there a person greeted us and told us all of the things we could buy while we were there. The beach was packed, no chairs together for our group of 4. Peddlers selling everything under the sun on the beach.... More

We went here as part of a shore excursion from our cruise, and it was a really nice place. A little crowded, but the cool thing about this place was that you could literally walk out a little ways from the beach to snorkel.

My 3 kids and my parents and I booked this excursion through the Emerald Princess. The beach was beyond beautiful! I spoke to someone else on the bus ride over to West Bay and they said that the snorkeling was best next to the rock wall. She was right! The water was beautiful and we saw tons of fish. They... Tabyana beach was our first excursion of the cruise and it was my favorite one! The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the water is cristal clear and the sand is very soft when going into the water. I would recommend this place and would certaintly go back. If you are going on a cruise and Roatan is one of the ports... More

This beach was awesome. Best beach i visited on my 7 night cruise. The water was crystal clear, some small areas had a bit of see weed but not anything to trouble you. The guys pacing the beach can be a bit annoying but if you not interested just say no! Don't try and do any massages or buy any... More

We really enjoyed this beach. Beautiful and great snorkeling. Nice they had some security so we didn't have folks coming right up to the beach chairs to sell things. Beautiful view and warm waters.
