Tabyana is a beach club on West Bay in Roatan, Honduras. We went on the cruise ship excursion - it was fabulous. The beach is now crowded with one little restaurant/club after another. But Tabyana is near the end and very nice. I love to snorkel off the beach and this is by far the best place to do it.... More

Unbelievably beautiful. Had wood grilled fish at a beachfront restaurant with cold Coca-Cola s. It was heaven on Earth.

So thrilled we booked the Tabyana Beach excursion with our Royal Carribean cruise. We live in Florida and do a lot of snorkeling and scuba diving! We have snorkeled the Bahamas, Turks, and St. Thomas and still find Key Largo to be better. I guess we're spoiled. Therefore we nearly did not book snorkeling this time around but the fact... More

Love love love Tabyana Beach. Just avoid during hours cruise ship people are present. Most are typically gone by 2:00 pm. A short few minute walk from West Bay beach is Tabyana and great snorkeling. Upon entering the water you are surrounded by schools of large Bermuda chub and Sargent Majors. Black iguana keep a watchful eye from the rock... More

We booked this beach day as an excursion with Carnival. Loved it. There are security guards in this area so you can leave your belongings on your chair and not worry. The vendors are a little aggressive but they do not approach you when you are seated in the beach area....they are limited to the packed sand. We had a... More

Wow, wow and wow, This beach has everything you need. The snorkeling was out of this world. The guide will take you over the reef and you will not believe your eyes. Very colorful fish, corals everywhere. Can't wait to go back. You can rent snorkel gear there. If you like to snorkel make sure this is on your bucket list.... More

An incredible cruise excursion... Beautiful beach, strong drinks, nice rest amenities, but the food was just ok.... I might rate it 4.5 stars for that. Truly a paradise, and a great introduction to rainforest views, as the ride from the port takes you through most of the island. I would highly recommend a day excursion to this beautiful place.

We went on a family vacation with Royal Caribbean and at our port-of-call in Honduras, went to Tabyana Beach for an excursion. They are very professional and did a great job. The transportation from the ship to the beach was safe and comfortable. When we arrived at the beach, we received our snorkeling gear and it was in great shape.... More

Visited the beach on 05-22-2014, our 3rd of 4 stops while sailing on the Carnival Legend. The only thing that prevents this from being PERFECT; are the local solicitors all over the beach. They especially target cruise ship passengers.Very annoying. There was security available that watched over our belongings and they expect tips for the service. Beautiful island with lots... More

Booked excursion on Carnival cruise.Saw interesting sites of the countryside from port to beach. Except for Jamaica, this beach had the most vendors I have seen. They patrol the area right at waters edge & obstruct the beautiful seaside views. Lots of shade with lounge chairs.Security was very visible as an added value. Easy entry to nice reef. The reef, unfortunately is dying... More
