The snorkeling at Tabyana is amazing, you can snorkel right off the beach and the water is clear and it's just so relaxing. Beautiful. Recommend it to everyone! I will try to get a pic to add. I went in October and it was hot out. I did have to pay to rent snorkeling gear, I think $15 per person.... More

The beach was nice, small and crowded. There are security guards that patrol the chairs so you can leave your things there while you swim. There are vendors selling their wares between the security line and the water line. They are not allowed to cross the security line but if you want to buy something you can. They were a... More

Pretty far drive from the cruise ports, especially from Princess (good 45min). All of the staff is friendly at the bar to the beach. Feels safe. There are a lot of vendors walking around which is annoying. Water trampoline & slide available for extra cost. Beach volleyball available. Ok beach overall but not a must visit.

Great view and the snorkeling was good as well. We did this as an excursion during our cruise. Thought the value was good. The water had more garbage floating around than I have seen most places, but overall enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful calm waters, food and drink available. There is security present, which makes you feel safe. Chairs and umbrellas for rent are comfortable and inexpensive. We stopped here for the day while on a cruise and think it might be a really nice place to return to for a week or so. Some nice little souvenir sites on the property... More

The water is beautiful and calm, the beach well-kept and overly crowded, even with three cruise ships in port. Chair and umbrella rentals were cheap and be sure and get a beach massage. They are inexpensive and feel great!

Excellent beach nice white sand warm water and not particularly crowded. If you get the chance go! It's a classic low development area getting harder to find.

The entrance road needs work badly so you have to go through a lake to enter. They have dammed off the flow so it stays on the road now getting deeper rather than flowing onto their property. It is primarily a cruise ship beach and not very friendly to use by anyone else.

Great beach and staff on the property. As soon as you leave the resort property the security can not keep the local vendors away. They overwhelmed us with there goods and sales pitches. Resort was clean and staff pleasant. Go next door for free wi-fi.

We were at Tabyana beach on a day that a strong cold front (well... for Honduras) was coming through. This created some great wave action and the people who played in the water had a blast riding the waves. The beach area is densely packed with seating and reasonable but not great shade. Contrast this with Paradise Beach in Cozumel... More
