There is no better way to see our Port than from the water. Take a tour with Nomada Charters for just that. We have the River Rider which is available for one hour sightseeing tours on a pontoon boat. You will take a leisurely trip up Lynn Valley River and into the Black Creek Nature Reserve. Along the way you will see prestigious homes, exquisite yachts and wildlife. While enjoying the sights you will be provided with colourful commentary, peppered with interesting and comical historical lore and a little island music to go with the experience. We also provide private charters and can accommodate bus tours.

This little cruise doesn't cost too much, but it especially fun. I highly recommend this cruise if you happen to be in Port Dover!

What a nice river cruise. Not too long, not to short, one hour from start to finish. I really recomend this river tour for the whole family. My kids really enjoyed it, seeing all the nice homes along the river, the marinas, and some wild life. It was very interesting, I really enjoyed it.

This trip consists of a pontoon boat ride up the Nith River last about 25-30 minutes and then back to the harbor dock. While on this leisurely cruise you have the opportunity to photograph the amazing homes that back onto the rivers edge. There are many variety's of boats from little dingy's up to multi million dollar yachts moored in... More

The 'River Rider' tour is informative, relaxing and a great place for photos o' wildlife, boats, shipyards and more. The crew are well informed and entertaining. We will miss cruising out into the lake on the "Kayloe" (relocated to Georgian Bay), but will always make time for a river cruise! Pyrate Approved™

This was a wonderful 1 hour tour up the River. Captain John is friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is well worth the $10.00 Seniors fee.

After 2 attempts to enjoy this cruise we were finally able to do so at the end of August. The ninety minute cruise was great value for the money and allowed us to see Port Dover from a different vantage point. We cruised towards Long Point and back listening to great music that made us feel like we were far... More

As Queen B from Fun Tillys of Tillsonburg I was the hostess and organizer of our 1st Annual Pirate Potluck Cruise and EVERYONE aboard had a terrific time. For the potluck lunch there was plenty of tables with shade and even a BBQ on board to assist in heating food. Beverages are not allowed on board due to licensing but... More

We took our relatives to Port Dover expecting to go on a boat ride.My husband had received a call from the company saying that only the river cruise was available for that day. When we got there,a wedding party was preparing to go on the Lake tour. The river tour had been canceled. We were very disappointed.

The river cruise is a leisurely time which lets you sit back and relax on a nice day. View numerous beautiful homes along the riverfront and if you are lucky you may see some wild life - blue heron crane, some pond turtles, beaver, birds. I have taken the cruise several times during the past four years.

We took the Nomada Charters river cruise with a bus group of 46 people. Our visit to Port Dover started with the river cruise followed by lunch at the Erie Beach hotel and a great play at the Lighthouse Festival Theatre - a really great day! The 1 hour tour was great - very peaceful, interesting and historic. We saw... More
