Enjoyed it but

Took my nearly 13 year old daughter and two friends. I'd say the staff attitude was mixed, some were lovely and one in particular was miserable! But there was plenty of paint to... read more

I went along by myself to check it out and had a lovely time. I got a warm and friendly welcome and after a brief explanation of how it works was shown to a little table and was designing and painting in no time. There's a nice cafe inside too. I was concerned that the place would be overrun with... More

I love this place! It's just as good with kids on a rainy day, as it is with a bunch of girlfriends and a bottle of wine on one of their "adults evenings". Really great fun, friendly staff, and a lovely selections of snacks and refreshments available whilst you paint.

I was so shocked by the main woman working there - so unpleasant! She had the time to tuck in to massive sandwiches but no time to smile, speak pleasantly, or answer any questions

Horrible woman who really shouldnt work there. Dreadful, rude woman. Lovely food but this woman is a joke. Unless she is the owner, get rid of her. If she is the owner, well done.

I have visited this place many times over the past few years. I've been with children and with adults, and I've never had a bad experience. Paints etc are readily available as is food and drink at the cafe. Customer service is always excellent, and products are ready when they say they will be. Lovely range of products to choose... Took my nearly 13 year old daughter and two friends. I'd say the staff attitude was mixed, some were lovely and one in particular was miserable! But there was plenty of paint to use, lots of colours and stencils. You choose an item to decorate from plates to animals, the girls chose dragons and dolphins and I could resist so... More

I went with my mother for my 20th Birthday (sad I know, however I have been wanting to paint a teapot for ages!...old lady at heart) when we went there the place didn't look very clean, one lady explained everything to us, but after a quick chat and showing us our table she went, the other staff looked miserable and... I took my Mum out for the day, and as she has never painted pottery, this was the first stop. We had a wonderful afternoon painting mugs - the instructor of the paint was friendly and informative, and we were left with full access to a range of paints and effects, and could quite happily muddle along in our creative... This is another amazing concept but the staff ruin this whole experience - the main lady is rude and off-hand and un-helpful. The items themselves are expensive so for little ones it is probably just too match cash really. It's a shame because the friend I went with had planned to have a party for 10 here later In The... All ages will enjoy being creative in this little treasure trove. Can be expensive if you get carried away - but these costs can be managed if you visit in a group & share kiln time. Great for children & adults alike, though I didn't dare take my kids there until they were a little older - about 5-6 &... More
