We had a wonderful time with the PWF snorkeling at Molokini Crater and Lanai. We went with a 3 year old, the boat is big and stable enough and we were so comfortable all the time. Our daughter had a very nice time swimming on the crater and lanai. if you have snorkeled in places like Mexico, Costa Rica or... More

You can tell they have a lot of knowledge about the whales, and get just as excited as the group when a whale is spotted. They give you a lot of information and we have always seen multiple whales on these trips. We have gone in December and February, and we saw whales each time

This was the highlight of our trip! We had originally booked with another snorkeling company but met people on the flight who told us to take this instead. Glad we listened. The crew was knowledgeable, fun, attentive, courteous.....just can't say enough. We were told we might only see a whale or two, if any but boy, what a surprise! We... More

Of course, having a perfectly sunny, calm day helped, but the PWF crew and the Ocean Quest were perfect for a morning snorkel trip to Lanai. Lots of colorful corals and tropical fish, and then three whales breached near the boat on the ride back to Lahaina harbor.

During a vacation in Maui in October my husband and I booked two activities through the Pacific Whale Foundation - the Molokini & Turtle Arches Snorkeling Tour and a Sunset Dinner Cruise. Both were really great and I definitely recommend booking with this organization - as a scientist myself, I also appreciate that my money goes to marine biology research... More

We recently did the PWF "Molokini and Turtle Arches" trip and enjoyed it so much we booked a 2nd trip, the Wild Side Rafting Tour" to Lana'i. Both trips were so much fun and all the staff were so professional and personable. The trips were fun but also very informative and educational. The staff were all passionate advocates for the... Our trip to Molikini and Turtle Bay was fabulous. Great weather, beautiful fish, etc. PWF doesn't get the credit for Mother Nature's gifts but it does get credit for an awesome crew. The fish and reef session taught by Clare was superb. Both my husband and son (8 y.o.) were impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm. Later when we went... More

This was such a great trip! I have a fear of the ocean so I originally went on this tour for the boat ride. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was also very comfortable with inside and outside seating. When we stopped to snorkel at Molokini I listened to the beginners instruction talk and was thinking maybe I... More
