Our family (16 of us; ages 6 to 74) took the Quicksilver Snorkeling Cruise to Molokini Crater and around the south side of Maui and it was fantastic. While many boat trips go to the crater, Quicksilver, with its knowledgeable captain (Captain Nat) and crew made for a great trip. This included a tour through two dolphin groups with amazing... more

11/24/2009 I read some of the negative reviews, and I couldnt disagree more . After getting married on Maui the 23rd, 11 of us booked Quicksilver for the molokini snorkel cruise.Sure the wetsuit sell was a little over the top for me ,but some people get cold easier than others, and I didnt hear anything about jellyfish attacks. Anyway our trip was... more

My family was on the Quicksilver cruise Tuesday, December 15, 2009. What a great day! The crew was extremely safety concience which really impressed me. My husband and I both have scuba diving experience and were happy with the conscienciousness of the crew. We had a beautiful day so the snorkelling was fantastic. We saw turtles at the second stop... more

The boat was very nice and well equipped. The crew was very, very knowledgable and helpful. They were constantly helping people carry things up the stairs so the people could hold on to the railing. The food was good. Breakfast was bagels and fresh fruit and pastries. Lunch was awesome BBQed burgers, chicken breast and veggie burgers. I had the... more

We rented snorkeling gear at Boss Frog's in Kapalua and were offfered this trip for almost half the cost. Started out with a nice breakfast and then a boat ride to the Molokini Crater. What a pleasant surprize when you jump in and look down and see clear bright water for about 180 feet down. Fish and coral abound. We... more

We took three children aboard the Quicksilver in July. It started out quite nice, but because of the choppy seas, became more of a seasick adventure. The catamaran is big, and they served a decent breakfast. The scenery was beautiful, and the water color as you approached Molokini crater was astoundingly blue. They offered us wetsuits for $10.00 each, which... more

My family had a wonderful time on the Quicksilver. The meals, although not gourmet, were plentiful and tasty. The crew was extremely attentive and made sure that all passengers were comfortable and safe. My two young sons were able to snorkel with schools of fish, see incredible coral formations and even swim with sea turtles. This was well worth the... more

Thursday, July 1st, 2009. Took my family out on Quicksilver, a big catamaran to Molikini. The crew initially seemed nice and welcomed us aboard. Breakfast was good, and we were soon on our way. About 30 minutes into the trip the crew caught a fish which was exciting. Molikini and the turtle stop did not disappoint. Lunch was tasty and... more
