Very interesting

It's a nice and interesting place to see. Our guide was very knowlegable and loves his job ! The kids liked the visit, but it's to much information for them.

It's a nice and interesting place to see. Our guide was very knowlegable and loves his job ! The kids liked the visit, but it's to much information for them.

Driving from Quebec to Gaspè , you should stop at Eole Cap Chat.As soon as you go in you have to pay for a tour inside the big axial windtower or you pay to climb the same windtower.I decided to go to the top.There is a little office near the entrance of the windtower.You wear the belt and the helmet... More

This drive was beautiful, not the windmills as we have them in multitudes where we live! But the beautiful green hills, farms, crops were beautiful as was the beauty of the water! The windmills are made in Eastern Canada which is a great economic boost! Met several large loads traversing the roads! Lovely area!

This wind farm has the world's largest Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, standing 360ft high, and weighing over 400 tons. Unfortunately, it is too large to work properly, but smaller ones do. there are many, over 75 Horizontal Axis Wind Turbines producing electricity for Hydro Quebec.
