As a guest of the Dominican Tree House Village, we got a special discount for the zip line. That was a pretty good value by itself. Because we didn't come from any outside tour group, my husband and I had to walk all the way to the top of the mountain for the first zip. Others are taken up either... More

Amazing morning spent zip lining! Guides are funny and friendly. You feel safe the entire time you're there too! Afterwards, we went to a beautiful beach for a quick beer, then back to base to learn about and sample local produce. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I went on the zip line excursion through Thomson. It was absolutely class and we both agreed was the best trip on our honeymoon. It's not the cheapest but it's worth every single penny. You travel on 11 zips in total, the first being a terrifying 1000ft long and with a 1000ft drop. If you've never done... More

We booked the zipline tour as a 6 in 1 with Tours with Terry. We did the zipline, a cultural tour, beach, food etc. We were supposed to go to Lulu falls but the drought made them dry. There are a lot of zip line staff working (not affiliated with Tours with Terry) but only a few of them seem... More

I've been on several zip lines, mostly in Costa Rica, and this is definitely the best one I've ever been on. The hike up to the top of the mountain from the Tree House Village hotel is about 20 minutes at about a 75 degree angle, so it's pretty challenging, but even the little kids made it. Once you get... Bart, the owner, is The Dude. Having done ziplines in other places, we found this one to be very well constructed and superior across the board. It was certainly very age friendly for our young kids (ages 5 & 7), with excellent staff. Do email ahead of time and find out when you are more likely to have the place... More

The zipline is very safe and the views are spectacular. The tour of the Treehouse resort at the bottom is a real bonus. The tradition house and the beach were fun as well.

I actually did this day tour in 2013 but couldnt change date. Some friends did the same tour last year and were so glad they took our advice to put it in their itinerary. It took mostly the whole day and is well worth it. The trip to the top of the mountain was beautiful and educational and there are... More

During our 7 night stay at Dominican Tree House Village, we had unlimited access to Samana Zipline. We visited on three different days and enjoyed each visit more than the last. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was very nervous the first time, but as soon as I left the first platform I started to enjoy it. The first... More

This was by far the best excursion my boyfriend and I have ever been on. The Zipline scenery was amazing and exhilarating! The staff we very nice and friendly and definitely make the experience worth while. The Zipline was the best part of the tour and after the initial freak out on the first line I felt completely comfortable. I... More
