Very dirty by today's standard. No remodeling or updating the property, it seems like the local government does not like to attract tourists. I advise my friends to stay in Cebu, there is not much in Ormoc City. Also be warned, the entrie city does not seem to care for tourists. No tourists spots, no nice restrooms, some people are...
