This temple is well worth the early Start. We rose at 3:30am to arrive there a bit after 4:15 in order to be there as the sun rose and it certainly was spectacular. When you pay for your ticket you are given a torch which is a MUST as there is no lighting to show the way. Fitness warning: the... More

We got the 5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS REAL JAVA ADVENTURE PACKAGE from Wiedy. Wiedy and our driver Sigit promptly pick us up from the airport. Day #1 – We visited the Prambanan hindus temple (local guide is good), Sultan Palace (the old lady guide is good, too), and the Water Castle (guide does not seem to know much about the... More

I can only advise you strongly to go for the sunrise at 4:30 admit is early but you will be rewarded by the amazing scene once there Surrounded by nature the sun rises behind the mountain it is almost magical to see it from the temple which is slowly appearing from the darkness

Prompt response from Pak Wiedy starting from the beginning when we first started planning for our trip. He gave us a lot of suggestions to fit into our 7D6N itinerary from Yogyakarta to Bali. 1. Mr. Andy who took us around Yogya, Dieng Plateau and Borobudur was great and friendly. His commands of English is good too. 2. Pak Fatah... More

This is a really beautiful attraction with lots of culture, amazing temple carvings and statues and incredible views. When you go in you are given and piece of cloth to tie around your waist as a sign of respect. You then climb up the temple using very steep stairs. I would say this attraction is not suitable for young children... More

It is really worth it and makes it better if you research the history a bit to really appreciate the beauty of this sacred space.i went on a weekday and it was not as crowded as I expected! The pictures were magnificent thanks to my guide. Although I used my hotel's... More

Great sculptures and mountain views with unlimited green. Like to be traveling in Indonesia bcuz the environment is clean and it's convenient to get anywhere if by a car. Many vendors sell everything if u need water or hats etc. It's different feeling if compared with Angkor wat, but if you love Angkor wat then I will recommend you visit... More

We chose this tour on our recent P & O Cruise tour. It is a stunning temple but be aware of the travel time it takes to get from the ship to the temple. We had a 3 hour each way trip in a police escorted bus. At the halfway mark we had light snacks but it was still a... More

Emailed Weidy Antara; the owner of this tour company, he responded within 24-hour hours. I recommend using them for Prabanan and Borobodur tours, and general Java tour while in Java Indonesia

Go there with a sunset tour so you get there before all the schools go there and you can't move because they want a "selfieselfie" with you. We had a sunset tour but did not see anything because of the fog. A local told us to go to the Chicken Church, a lost church full of grafitti. The view there... More
