Peaceful day out.

Lovely walk - we went as a family and really enjoyed the views. It is a bit hot in August so sunscreen was a must!

Love walking up to the lighthouse...quite a good workout with beautiful views, recently the lighthouse has opened as a little museum. No toilet facilities or refreshments. Good idea to walk with a bottle of water in the heat of the day .

I was running this morning and it's amazing, a wonderful landscape and seascapes all the route until the Lighthouse.

We did a Tour to the Lighthouse with his fantastic view over the sea and Altea. On the way you can stop on several Places with nice views. You see a Cave up in the mountain where bats live and down to the sea you will find a old mine and a ruin from this time.

We found the visitor centre quite by accident - as it was very close to El Albir beach and decided to walk to the lighthouse. The terrain is fairly easy(we are in our sixties) as a good path and fencing have been laid. There are many viewpoints to take in the views up the coast and lots of wildlife. An... More

Loved this walk, but be prepared when going, and the views are out of this world and I hope the photos attached will give you a good idea.

The newly improved walk to the lighthouse is stunning. Takes 25-30 minutes there and similar back to the car park. Great views from the lighthouse and you might be lucky enough to spot a dolphin....

Every time I visit my family who live nearby I jog up to the lighthouse and back every day... It is the most beautiful setting with unreal views... Well worth a walk or jog ... It's worth it.. For the last 15 years I have been up at least every other day while staying in albir and although there is... More

I use this beautiful and picturesque area for my fitness regime, both going to the top of the mountain and also out to the lighthouse on the end of the promontory. Sadly for the majority of users, there is little to no control over the dogs/owners who persistently flout the local bye-laws forbidding fouling. Add to this the absence of... More

Easy route not too long or steep and well sign posted. Could have a few more benches to sit down on.
