I didn't try the crab legs, but will on next visit. The selection of craft brews was very good and the brews were tasty.

My wife and I ate fish and chips. The food was excellent and the service was also very good. It is outside of Fairbanks but not a bad drive to get there. Others have told us that the beer there is good but we don't drink so I can't help you there.

OMG!!! Micro brews (though I only tried one of the 11 or more on tap) and one of the best meals ever! The General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express recommended Silver Gulch to me and she was spot on! The brew was great and the meal was out of this world!!! I wish I could've gone back a second... Recommended by (of all people) our dogsled driver--who, as it turns out, is a chef in the summer months. About 10 miles or so out of Fairbanks. Easy drive (even in winter). We were probably the only "tourists" this time of year (February), but warmly welcomed. So enjoyed the beer and food we went back a second time the next... More

We have tried a couple times, the meals are way over priced and not very good portions. The last time we went a friend got a baked halibut and later that night was extremely sick and lost it all and has no desire to EVER eat there again.

Ate here twice because between the beer, the friendly staff and the well priced and tasty food we were very impressed. The mash as a side was yummy on its own and there is a wide variety of different foods to choose. My favourite was the ribs I had. Even has a gift shop to take home a memento of... More

This brewery and restaurant a few miles north of Fairbanks is a surprising find. As others have noted, it is the furthest north brewery in North America, and it is said that the beer is very good. But we are praising its food and service: the pear and Gorgonzola pizza was excellent, as was the pulled pork sandwich. We found... More

We ate at the Gulch mid afternoon on a Sunday so we had no wait time. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere which is kind of cool...at the corner of the Steese Hwy. and the Old Steese Hwy. I had the Stout BBQ Breakfast Burger as featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. It was very good, and kind... More

This landmark restaurant is the furthest North brewery in the United States. Food is prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. The bar features their own brews, but also carries a fine variety of other breweries beers. Clean and cozy establishment with attentive staff. Visit the gift shop and scoop a souvenir!
