We had a morning trip from our Cruise Ship. It really is lovely there, but do try and go early before all the coaches arrive and make the most of walking around the little village. It was a beautiful day and the scenery was marvelous.

Watching the sunset here was just beautiful, despite there being soooooo many tourists. The on-site restaurant and gift shop are pretty nice and reasonable too.

This is a gorgeous place and when the weather is beautiful, the multiple shades of blue in the sky and in the water will take your breath away. But it is always very crowded, so be prepared to climb the rocks around the light house with lots of other people. Great photo ops here!

Beautiful place to visit. There is nothing like smelling salt air and hearing the waves crashing on the rocks. If you get to Nova Scotia you should try and visit at least once.

This is a beautiful place to visit, a must see for anyone visiting Nova Scotia. The view is beautiful and it is a nice place to walk and shop and eat. Seafood Chowder is the best I have had

Too cold for seals when we visited. If you are happy with water hitting rocks and a postcard lighthouse taking centre stage, then this is for you. There is a cafe onsite with great local fare as well as a gift shop with works by local artisans. Worth the drive - particularly on a sunny day. Take all the wind... More

Ok so Jan is probably not the best month to visit Peggy's Cove unless you hate crowds. In that case you will like it. Parking is free and you can get some great photos with no one else in the picture.

I could get lost in the beauty and magnificence of the ocean at Peggy's Cove. It's truly inspiring. There was a bagpiper playing in his full regalia that added a nice ambience. The village itself is a pleasant stroll.

Cold and foggy but worth the drive. Very picturesque. If you are looking for a quaint little town and lighthouse this is the place for you.
