Enjoyed our visit here. Very clean and family friendly with the exception of a the SMOKERS outside. Wow! Seemed excessive. Maybe they can create a smoking zone in one area. The front of almost every store front were smokers. Yuck. Not very good for all the families out for the holidays. Otherwise, the holiday decorations were beautiful and the ferris... More

A nice place to spend the evening with Christmas lights and music. We went there on a Saturday and was surprised that the line to the the capital wheel was not long so it was great. I just hope there were some food truck and it would be extra special.

I had no idea that the National Harbor was so interesting. It is like a miniature city with restaurants, stores, hotels, bars, etc. They even have a "Peep" store where you can buy all kinds of those spongy yellow peeps and paraphernalia. The Harbor also have this huge ferriswheel, which lights up at night. Parking in the parking lot's can... More

Do not bother waiting in line. It is frozen. But without the cute cuddly singing and dancing Olaf. Absolute mess. Pre purchased tickets with a specified time mean nothing. Jam packed waiting to get in and even worse inside the actual exhibit, I guess it's good for body warmth? Santa would put Gaylord national harbor on the very naughty list.

The harborfront is a nice area of shops and restaurants along the waters edge and surrounding area. The ferris wheel is a great feature and walking around this spot is a nice change of pace.

Defenitely a very romantic place. I went with my friends to the Christmas Tree lightening a couple of days ago and I had a great time. There is so much to see and do. There are many shops, the streets are quiet, the beach is nice. Don´t forget to take a big coat, because you will want to be there... More

When you visit National Harbor as a vacation destination you will be a bit disappointed. They do a very good job of marketing and while everything they say and show is accurate it is a bit of a let down. National Harbor is primarily a convention Center and commercial office space. The number of restaurant and tourist attractions are pretty... More

I went to the National Harbor twice, once for work and then again with my family the following week. Work: I was in town for work and our team decided to go to the National Harbor for dinner and Ferris wheel at night (team time). One of the locals drove us, it wasn't a far drive from Arlington, VA. We... More

The Harbor area is very pleasant to walk around. Several sculptures to see and the Big Wheel to ride plus the childrens carousel area . Many shops to browse in & a variety of places to eat, get coffee or ice cream It is an expensive part of DC.

The harbor area was great and I really enjoyed using the water taxi to Alexandria. I just wish I'd known to plan better around the schedule.
