Nice place and facilities but too many people.

Lovely place. Wonderful views! Great facilities which are potentially very relaxing. Really enjoyed the tropical showers and the free mud hair mask treatment. But....there were too many people there so we were having to hang around to use some of the facilities, the buffet was rather limited, some areas could do with a lick of paint and my dressing gown... This place is really good and is worth the price. I have been there once not so long ago, and the Friday ticket with buffett was nice. Free food all day long (yogurt, nuts and bread along with tea, herb tea and fruit juice). The only bad point is that staff sometimes is not very friendly but this is not... More

This is a great place but the staff are not very friendly, the buffet is really poor and it gets really crowded at times. We went for the evening session which is advertised as finishing at 9, but we got hurried out at 8.30.

So I've been here a couple of times now and the day entrance is definitely worth it. However this time we went for the evening entrance which starts at 5.30. On the webpage it says the spa is open til 21. This is however not quite through. We were told to leave not so politely at 20.30. Meaning half an... More

I' ve been there in the evening doing the combo with the adventure park. The staff has been polite but seems quick to let you go. There were a lot of people and it was not so easy to find some spots in certain rooms. I have to say that the buffet is rich but...why in a place health oriented... More

My cousin treated us to a spa day here when we visited them in Turin. The drive to the spa was stunning but to lie in a heated jacuzzi with the mountains surrounding you was nothing short of amazing! We made full use of the included activities (however these are usually limited to 20 people so start queueing at least... More

This spa has the advantage of glorious alpine views featuring Mont Blanc (sorry, Monte Bianco as we're in Italy!). A friend and I spent a day here in May. It was relatively quiet. There is a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pools with spa baths, cascades etc. there are also indoor and outdoor saunas, hamams and steam rooms. The... More

My husband and I visited early May and it made the Thermes Saint Gervais seem like a 2* alternative. We were greated with a cup of mint tea, and shown up to the massage rooms on the first floor. Decor was flawless, music calming yet not repetitive, staff very professional yet also friendly. My husband had a sports massage by... More
