We were so disappointed in this spa. Lots of people had raved about it but we found it to be too busy, with not enough individual treatments and too expensive for what was on offer. Treatments that we assumed were one on one turned about to be group sessions. The whole experience was so disappointing and it had been something... More

This place is the worst thing I've ever done in my life. If you want to relax stay AWAY from this hell. Too much people, you cannot even walk and breath normally. People who steal bathrobe to other people, mess everywhere. It's also expensive but I would not go again even if they would pay me.

Wow, where do I even start to explain what is wrong with this place. The advertising is fantastic but that's about it. As soon as you come to reception it becomes overcrowded. Once your inside its no better than being in a market. It's the opposite of relaxing. Pure chaos and stress. Changing rooms overcrowded not very clean and wet... More

A well-organized place to relax for a couple. We went on a period in which is not too much crowded so we really enjoyed our stay. They prepare you with all the equipment you need for the spa. The hotel is nice too. Great breakfast. The only negative thing was the dinner at the restaurant.

Trying to be short: 1) BOOKING? No OVERBOOKING! the website is not clear with restriction regarding entrance timing: when you book in advance they do not specify that -is strict-, plus is not possible to pay in time and then get in later (we were coming from far and we needed to come later than 10.30, but we were forced... We booked a daily entrance to the spa. As online booking does not allow to select the entry time, our reservation said arrival time 10-10.30 am. We were travelling from Geneva so it is 1,5 drive. I wrote to the staff asking if later entrance (like at 12 pm) as possible and the answer was no, the reservation will be... More

Way too expensive when considering what did we get with the money. There were broken showers and hot tubs, which you don't really should have with that amount of paying customers. The whole place was completely overbooked and just ridiculously many people. The buffet at least was nice and unexpected, changing rooms were clean nice. Better information about everything would...
