Enjoyed leisurely walks then calling into any one of the shacks for refreshements. You may be accosted by the girls selling ther wares but if you just say no thanks the'll leave you alone.

Similar to other beaches in South Goa - pristine, well-maintained and safe to venture into water. We had lunch in a beach shack nearby and the owner was more than willing to let us use the sun-beds for hours. In North Goa, they were charging 100/- per hour to use sun-beds.

Most of the beaches in South Goa are much more cleaner and have less people than the beaches in the more commercialized North Goa. Cavelossim also has some good shacks along the beach where you can get good food and drinks.

Love the beach so relaxing . There seemed to be a lot of dogs on the beach this season which was a shame.

A great beach, but Mobor Beach about a mile south is quieter and more picturesque (if that's what you want). Three of our favourite Cavelossim restaurants are all in the same side street in "town" - Mike's Place, Santos Paul's Get Down & Goan Village and all have superb food/service and are good value, particularly compared to the hotels. The beach is two minutes from the hotel with a few shacks for food drink and beach parties. Lots of sunloungers which are free if you dine or drink. A perfect beach!

Cavelossim beach is not something to write home about. Access is a tiny bit problematic, when approaching from the hotel you have to cross a "pond" of dirty water to reach the sand and sunbeds. Beach was crowded, a lot of the Russian-speaking people. Water is rather murky, but warm. Food shacks are many, but their cutlery was not washed... More

A nice and clean beach. Has some nice plush restaurants (leela and another hotel) and also some nice clean local shacks serving excellent seafood. Good water sports facilities as well.
