What can I say about the Nordschleife? Well, if you're a petrol head its the iconic place to visit! Just make sure you leave your pride in the car park, or you will bend your car. Don't try and do anything silly, just be safe and it will reward you. If you crash, like a mate did, don't expect anything... More

Since its opening in 1927, the track has been used by the public for the so-called "Touristenfahrten," therefore anyone with a road-legal car or motorcycle can have a go with or without helmet but mainly sport cars are having a go. See website for opened days as the track may be closed for weeks during the winter months, depending on... More

Well worth the visit of the start of the Nazi party and the history surrounding the area. From the gatherings of solider, youths, maidens and of course just spectators.

Really enjoyed our trip with some friends to the Nurburgring. My daughter and I both shared 10 laps over 2 days around the ring in a renault sport clio. Was a blast! Would love to do it again. We got to see a lot of beautiful cars. Also had a chance to watch the action from different viewing areas. I... More

We had a lap round the ring on our way to Italy, family of four in a Nissan Navara, not the most ideal transport for speeding round the circuit but we all really enjoyed ourselves and would like to go back. Mainly fast sports cars and youngish men flaunting their driving prowess but didn't feel too intimidated and would recommend... More

Having just broken my '''ring-cherry'' I can say it is something I should have done sooner. Having driven this track virtually in games such as Grand Turismo and Forza had not prepared me for the greatness of this track! The corners, the elevation changes, the other drivers! It's an amazing, life-changing moment. I can definitely see the appeal of people... More

Not as scary as made out - just stay right. Well organised. Went Thursday evening and it was not too busy. Overall great fun and a great buzz - just be aware it takes it out of the cars...brakes, cylinder head gaskets :-) so one lap is enough. Looking forward to doing again.

I am not a Motorsport enthusiast, joined my husband for 3 days at the ring to find out why he goes every year. Surprise, I love it ! Apart from fun driving, the ring werk has lots to entertain visitors. The surrounding area is very scenic, locals are friendly too.

For our 2nd trip to the Ring, we opted to do 2 track days. This means full laps with no stopping to line up and pay your entrance fee, plus you're not dodging vans and motorcyles and Sunday drivers. It's more expensive of course, but so worth it. You can really focus on driving and actually learning the track -... More
