Managed to go during a holiday so all the car porn from across Europe turned up, weather was perfect, atmosphere electric. Sadly a few crashes ment the ring was close more often then open and a decent lap was hard to achieve. But be warned; insurance, damages, death are a real risk..... But putting that to one side, one of...

Whether you have a beaten old banger (but within the accepted decibel levels and not trailing oil!) or a fast beast of a car, you WILL have fun! There is nothing like an exhilarating journey around the long "public toll road", with all its twists and turns, in good and bad pockets of weather along the way. Before you know...

Staff at this seminal race track worked their butts off to let it open safely last week. We drove both F1 and the old F1 (touristen/VLN) tracks. Huge fun.
I still don't understand the Ring Card: a plastic card that you load with money from your regular plastic card. No cashback for using it. If you over-credited your Ring Card...

So I'm making my review to help first-timers & people who don't know cars. Apologies if I don't say things correctly. I just go by what I experienced.
First...

The Green Hell is a legendary place - on the Nordschleife you feel the Formula 1 history. Having watched an F1 race, having driven both The Grand Prix track and the Nordscleife and now having run the distance as well, I must say that the place and its surroundings is well worth a fem days. It feels geniune in a...

I went with my husband & brother-in-law, along with meeting some of their friends there. It was all guys & they were all utter petrol-heads. Even as an uninterested girl, standing at one of the corners & watching all the fast cars come whizzing around the corners & listening to all the loud engines. But if you're really uninterested in...

It's not a track, its one huge one way country road, with everything from Renaults to Radicals....incredibley difficult for the novice, but give it the respect it deserves and it'll give you a drive like you'll never experience elsewhere....if you love, or even just like driving, you have to come here. Do it before it closes!!...
