Art in all kinds of medium. Ancient and modern. Artist in residence was very informative and easy to ask questions of. Some of the displays are more permanent; for example the sculptures in the wild garden. Shop is well stocked. Small restaurant will cater for most needs but is very basic

We saw this attraction advertised while in Gloucester and visited this afternoon. The light was rapidly fading but we were able to walk around the garden with its fascinating sculptures. We were on our own but. Old imagine our young grandson having a very interesting time exploring. The exhibition inside the house was most interesting and we spent over an... More

A couple of miles from Gloucester City Centre is a beautiful old mansion with some wonderful pictures featuring animals, birds and plants. There is also a peaceful nature garden, a cafe and generally an artist in residence as well as regular exhibitions.

I have now taken several clients with dementia to Nature in Art and they, and I have loved it. It is acessible to those less mobile, the staff are extremely helpful, the tea wonderful and the exhibits marvellous. Even if you just go to the cafe and gardens it is well worth a visit. Extremely dementia friendly! Well done

A bit hidden away just off the Gloucester - Tewkesbury A38 road, and up a 1/2 mile country lane / drive, Nature in Art is one of those rare places that has worked hard to appeal to all, whilst still being true to the ideals to which it was first founded. A great place to take an elderly relative but... More

We've driven past this place a hundred times and never got excited about going there, perhaps because of its name. It should be called: 'interesting sculptures made out of scrap metal into the shape of animals and hidden in long grass for your kids to find and to keep them amused for a while along with paintings and photos of... We had never heard of nature in art before, and what a shame! Since I have visited, I have recommended to many friends, especially those with children. There's a wide range of art in all different forms on show, and so much to do for kids! Also there is a large area for kids to run around in and a... More
