My wife had really wanted to do Falconry and Clay Pigeon shooting for many years and we saw a great deal on Amazon Local so we booked for the two of us to attend a 1/2 day Raptor & Reload (with Lunch - Burger & Fries). We got to fly 2 Owls and hold a couple of the larger Eagles... More

We, an adult party of seven, went here yesterday, partly stimulated by reading "H is for Hawk". We were lucky with the weather, and enjoyed seeing and holding several owls and eagles. We saw many other birds flying. We loved the young staff, who all obviously loved working with the birds and passed on their extensive knowledge. Everything to do... More

Our first ever visit & we thought it was great, my children thoroughly enjoyed their day here & the chance to hold lots of birds. They were also able to fly a bird as well. I thought the entrance fee was very reasonable with some great add-ons to your visit if your wanted to do them. There are lots of... More

I went for a half day "Ultimate Eagle Experience" in April 2015 and really enjoyed it. The whole operation was professional and the staff very competent and at the same time very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. Afterwards our group were assured that we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted to look around and see the... More

A half-day experience full of fun & information. Many beautiful birds to see up close; flying displays; handling sessions; friendly & well-informed staff. Only disappointment was the 'cafe' - hot food advertised but not available & only a couple of tired sandwiches on show; although cake was very nice. Overall, though, thoroughly enjoyable visit. Am already planning a return!

I researched this establishment on the internet and paid for the half a day family experience for my husbands birthday it was well worth the money. There was myself, my husband and our 14 year old daughter we didn't think we would enjoy ourselves and only went along for my husband but we had the best time too. On this... More

My Wife and I have been to numerous Bird of Prey Centres around the world. This stands out among the best but it's the staff that really make it. We were met upon arrival, given a brew and the safety information. We then got to handle a variety of birds from small owls to Bald Headed Eagles! After this we... More

The inital impression of the place as you drive in is quite underwhelming (but they only moved there a year ago so with time they might improve the layout of the place) but once your inside and especially once you see a display it really comes into its own. The staff are great, the birds and well trained and there... More

We visited with our three granddaughters, 9,7,5 having booked the Easter Owls. They had the opportunity to hold different owls, and also to fly them. We managed to take in two displays which we also really enjoyed. It was super to see so many birds close up. Everyone had a fantastic time, great value would thoroughly recommend as a day... More

My girlfriend and I visited the birds of prey centre yesterday and did the African Bird Handling Experience. (this was from Groupon) We got there an hour early so we could look around first. There's lots of birds to see here and the flying displays are great and each one lasts for 30 minutes. We got to hold various owls,... More
