I can only imagine there was a perfect storm of errors that was our experience yesterday. The group leader made several comments that he had repeatedly asked not to have groups of our size. 2 of the group were there for a 1.5 hour experience and told the group leader but stayed for the half day. The experience, £100 for... More

We had a very enjoyable half day Ultimate Eagle Experience. It began with a complimentary cup of tea and cake then followed an introduction to some of the Birds of Prey at the Centre Some of the birds we were able to hold. Our host was Shona who was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Then we watched a demonstration whilst our... More

Humpty is a European eagle owl. Big but quite friendly (even though two little girls thought he screamed at them, it was a different owl close by)! From small barn owls through the baby Turkmenistan eagle owl who needs human familiarisation (cute) to the feisty (and sometimes naughty) Harris Hawks, they all have their own personalities. The falconers are always... More

I attended a photography day with the English School Of Falconry / Bird of Prey Centre in May 2015 which was organised via Shillington Camera Club. The event was well organised and had access to a range of Birds of Prey to photograph. I can recommend this highly to anyone wishing to photograph Birds of Prey.

Spent a day here, had a amazing time first we were taken around to see all the birds and learn all about them. We went on to see a flying display from the amazing birds, then we were allow to hold the birds on our arms, all safety precautions are taken. Then after what had already been a fantastic day... Just off the A6 to the south of Bedford and open daily from 10-17h. They host flying displays at 1130, 1330 & 1530. They also offer half and full day hands on experiences at very good value. All the birds are very well looked after and the facilities including a little (very reasonably priced) cafe are very good. The falconers... More

We had purchased the vouchers for the afternoon at a discount through Time Out on line and this was good value. There are a large collection of birds of prey to view and we found that we hadn't allowed sufficient time outside the Experience with the staff to see them all. The staff ensure everybody has the opportunity to handle the... More

This was our first visit to the new location, and we were a bit surprised by the entry cost (£10 per adult), but paid up and went in, and the cost was justified by the amount it must cost to run the place. The birds are all well cared for and pens and cages are clean and well maintained. Staff... More
