I need to start by mentioning that the ''star'' of this park, the giant python, died a few years back and is now represented by a poor replica in a tiny dark room - be aware that taxi drivers and tour guides tend to imply the snake is still alive. Other than that, this attraction is a torture chamber for... More

that's why they name the zoo that way because of the kind of animals they have here , like the different kind of snakes, tigers and other wildlife .. If you are freakin coward and afraid to this kinds of animals don't bother going here else you'll look like someone who's running for your life in an instant haha..

We went in because our driver deposited us on its doorstep and we stupidly thought that Xzootique was on the default Bohol tour itinerary. It is not, and for good reason. If, like us, you ignore the faded posters plastering the outside of this single storey shack featuring smiling westerners clutching various wild animals, pay the entrance fee and enter... More

This place is so horrible. Seeing beautiful wild animals that were caught and kept in small, dirty cages was the worst part of an organized "countryside tour" around Bohol Island. If your tour takes you here to see the largest, captive python on the island, please refuse to support this animal cruelty.

Do not support this animal prison. I've never been much of a fan of zoos, but this is just the worst thing I have ever seen. I didn't realise it was a zoo until we were inside, again we were taken here as part of a tour. There are various animals in tiny cages. A crocodile with no water, monkeys... More

we came here only because it was part of the organised tour to see chocolate hills and tarsiers. it was horrible. the cages are small, the animals have no water, there is absolutely none of their natural environment even attempted to integrate into the cages e.g. the crocodile had about 1mm of water to 'swim' in, no trees or leaves... Any where one see's animals in captivity for entertainment is sad - but this was the worst of the worst and Bohol needs to consider closing this facility. We were on a 'tour' of Bohol's attraction, each sadder then the next unfortunately. I recommend enjoying a good place to stay - Like Bohol Bee Farm and not do ANY tourist... More

I am filled with remorse and guilt for having visited this house of horrors. We were hustled in here as part of a tour without knowing what lay inside. We paid and were cajoled into holding the albino python and sitting with the big python. After this we saw the appalling conditions that various wild species are kept in. This... More

When our driver for the day learned that I am an animal lover, he insisted that we visit what he called "a small zoo." I have never seen anything like this despicable place worldwide. The obviously distressed animals are crowded into small, dirty cages. One of the civets had a festering wound that went down to the bone. The crocodile... More

I been there and touched the Biggest Python in Capture, I believe its still alive. Poor thing is left in a small cage for human attention and as a attraction, there are few more bird and animals in the park but the main attraction was this Snake in capture.
